Once a royal delicacy, Ossetra caviar is prized for its golden color and smooth texture. One can taste the abundant Caspian flavor with notes of nut and fruit.
A unique caviar from Iranian Beluga sturgeons. Large grains, soft, melt in mouth texture and light to dark grey colour. Smooth buttered almond flavour with a long aftertaste.
Caviar from the sturgeon hybrid of Beluga and Ossietra. Round, golden brown grains, giving a soft and balanced flavour, with nutty and buttery notes.
Black caviar from Siberian sturgeon “Acipenser Baeri”.Sparsely iodized and moderately salty, with a silky smoked flavour. Ideal for large parties and receptions.
The Imperial Kaluga is a mild, buttery and creamy caviar with a subtle finish. It has a large, firm roe, giving it a wonderful mouthfeel.
A very rare caviar, produced from Albino sturgeon.Small to medium with a brilliant golden yellow colour. Smooth, well flavoured with a creamy finish.
